Warren Kornblum is an extremely successful entrepreneur having built and exited several companies. He also has held senior leadership positions in the private sector, with a Fortune 100 company as well as with companies owned by private equity.
With global experience in executive and brand management, Kornblum advocates for the power of brands and most of all, the critical importance of relationships with their consumers. He is an experienced C-level expert on effectively and efficiently competing for the consumers' attention be it physically, digitally or a combination of both.

Shadow Branding under Warren's leadership has worked with many North American and International corporations. Past and present affiliations include Toys "R" Us, Serta Simmons Bedding, Rooms To Go, Sinomax Global Group, Latexco International, Helix Sleep, Studio Now, Bozell Worldwide and Shadow Entertainment Group. We have also undertaken assignments for several leading private equity groups. Our experience includes retail, consumer durables, hospitality, communication and several other industries.
Our goals
Warren’s current ambition is to work with a very small and select group of companies as an advisor or Board member focusing on growth, brand, overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness along with helping to enhance the enterprise’s ability to understand and maximize the target customers’ journey to purchase to their competitive advantage. His experience being at the helm of legacy brands battling challengers as well as leading challenger brand assaults on legacy businesses provides unique practical experiences.
